Fundraising

All the work we do at KAPSA is funded by donations and done solely by volunteers!

In addition to local collection boxes and online donations, fund raising events are held here in Kalkan and by our supporters abroad. We have hosted Gala evenings, open days at HQ, raffles, coffee mornings and so on. In recent years we have produced a calendar of photos of the animals. Last year we launched our online shop for merchandise. Each year in December is our Advent Calendar Appeal and every November we hold our online Auction via the Facebook Auction Group

In the UK our supporters have raised funds for us by undertaking sponsored events and having coffee mornings and car boot sales. We have even been in the thoughts of people who had lost loved ones and they have requested that friends and relatives should make donations to KAPSA instead of sending flowers. Most recently, a couple getting married asked their friends and family to donate to KAPSA instead as wedding gifts.

We would like to say a big thank you to EVERYONE that works so hard to raise money for the street animals and to all those who donate so generously too. We would not be able to do the work we do with the animals if it were not for you.

We are always looking at new ways to raise money – any ideas, please share with us! In particular we love ideas to raise money online . Fun events our supporters can join in with regardless of geographical location.The more money we raise, the more we can do for the animals.
