Fiona’s Big Birthday Fundraiser

My birthday on 21^st December is one of those milestone ones that I would rather ignore but instead of doing that I decided to try and help the street dogs and cats in Kalkan, SW Turkey with a birthday fundraiser for KAPSA – the Kalkan Association for the Protection of Street Animals.

KAPSA is a small volunteer run charity that does amazing work in Kalkan and the surrounding villages and relies on donations and gifts of supplies from its supporters.  During the winter months there is a winter feeding programme for the street animals, medical support for injured and sick animals is provided year round and the neutering of street animals is also supported year round.   I will be volunteering with the charity when I am in Kalkan.
