Eliza and Elsa Need a Home – Adopted!

Eliza and Elsa have been living in foster care with volunteer Sara at her cottage, awaiting travel to the UK on 2nd June. They originally ‘adopted’ Sara during a visit to Kalkan in October and she set out to find them a new home, which she successfully did. All was well until Sara received a message from their adopter only a few days before to say she could no longer take them as she had taken a new job that required being away from home a lot. This is devastating news, the girls are ready to travel, vaccinated and just need a home to go to. They have always been together, so ideally they need a home together. Here is how Sara describes them:

“I am now trying to find a lovely home for the girls, preferably together as they have never been apart, but if it needs to be separately then so be it. They are both absolutely gorgeous gentle natured girls, always happy to please and give lots of love and cuddles. They are both fully vaccinated, neutered and ready to travel with all their paperwork in order. They are I think about 2 and half years old, they were originally found on Patara but brought to Kalkan because of potential poisoning. They will make amazing family members, and will be eternally grateful for a loving forever home.”

The girls are now desperately in need a loving home, for their own well being, and so Sara and her family have space to foster more needy animals, a resource that is very short in Kalkan.

Can you offer Eliza and Elsa a secure future? Please contact us if you can, much of the usual adoption costs has already been covered, and adoption should be a relatively quick and easy process compared to the normal process.
