A Wedding Tail

Our work would not be possible without the funds our supporters raise or donate, and every donation from the smallest to the biggest helps a street animal in some way. Over the years supporters have come up with myriad ways to raise money for KAPSA and of course, we run fund raising events too. This is the story of one we think worth sharing.
Claire and David are regular Kalkan visitors, David spends a lot of his time mooching along slowly, waiting for Claire to catch up from feeding the dogs and cats they meet, according to Claire!

A few weeks ago, this lovely couple got married and showed huge generosity by asking all their guests to donate to KAPSA instead of buying wedding gifts. Apparently it was an amazing day as they tied the knot and became Mr & Mrs. I’m sure we all wish them every congratulations and a future filled with happiness, love and lots more 4-legged friends along the way.
The wedding gifts raised £1225, which will help enormously with feeding and healthcare over winter and we are sure everyone will join us in thanking Claire, David and of course, their family and friends for supporting KAPSA on such a wonderful day. THANK YOU!
